MENTOR PROGRAM Would you like a mentor ? Our mentor program gives you unique possibilities to growth both professionally and personally The program is designed to give you the opportunity to create space for reflection and personal growth. You will discuss and share professional situations with a person who has a longer professional and personal life experience. All HHGA members are welcomed but we recommend that you have worked for at least 2 years after finishing school since the program will give you more if you can relate to and discuss working life situations. You and your mentor will get a clear framework to help you make use of what you share as well as giving you joy in sharing your experiences. The program as limited number of participants in order to create a good atmosphere for sharing. We have participants from both Göteborg and Stockholm. If there is enough interest in we might extend the program to additional cities. From 2023 the program is run in English. Both material and sessions are in English. And we will secure that you mentor is comfortable doing your sessions in English.
